Frequently Asked Questions

General

What do I need to do before I start?

When it comes to dancing at home, safety is important. Read our guidance below. 1. Make sure the space you are dancing in is safe and doesn't have anything that could be a hazard before pressing play, for example if you're dancing in the kitchen make sure the floor is clean and there are no spillages or a sock that fell out of the washing basket. 2. Be sure to keep hydrated throughout the tutorial and only do as much or as little as you can, don't forget there is a pause button. 3. Shoes. If you're new to line dancing, having the perfect footwear is just an important as having somewhere to dance. When choosing be sure to make to check that the footwear gives you the support your feet and lower leg need plus how slippery or sticky they are on the surface you'll be dancing on. So before you press play give them a little test. However when it comes to LDX, trainers are perfect as there is no twisting or turning. 4. Make sure your pets are out of the way or locked into another room. We don't want any dog or cat tails getting trod on. If you have additional question, please feel free to reach out.
